Task 11.3

Tallinn is the city which combines historical beauty and modern convenience.
The history of Tallinn stretches back the X century. Few cities look as completely medieval as Tallinn. Many buildings in Old Town have remaind more or less unchanged for centuries. With its ancient stone houses and narrow winding streets, the whole city gives off an atmophere of history. Today, these streets contain a fascinating variety of shops where you can find anything you want. But this is only little part of all town. If you want to see all beauty and magnificence you may take the "Tallinn Tour" two-storeyed bus tour. It will take you through all areas and sights of city. Or explore on foot - guided walking tours start at the information centre. Then you necessarily need to visit Rocca Al Mare museum.
It is a full-scale reconstruction rural /fishing village of XVIII century. There is a church, an inn, school, some mills, the fire depot and twelve court yard. Having visited there you learn about lifestyle of ancient Estonians. After than you may visit Rocca Al Mare Mall.I think all these attractions will make you happy and foyful.
Welcome to Tallinn!
